Service

BackFare is a flight price monitoring service for personal use. We make a best effort to deliver accurate and timely price information, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Accuracy

Prices shown in the app are scraped from airline websites and may not match what you ultimately see at the airline's checkout. BackFare is not responsible for differences between the displayed price and your actual purchase price, or for missed booking opportunities.

Subscriptions

BackFare has a free plan. BackFare Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that adds more trips and features, as described in the app. It is offered monthly or yearly, and the price for your country is shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment. Apple charges your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a free trial; its length is shown before you start. Apple allows one trial per Apple ID. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews at the end of each period for the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancelling. You can manage or cancel at any time in the app (Settings, then BackFare Pro, then Manage Subscription) or in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds. Apple handles all payments and refunds, so we can't issue refunds ourselves. You can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes. If the price changes, Apple tells you before it applies. For an increase, Apple may ask you to agree to the new price before your subscription renews.
• When Pro ends. Your account returns to the free plan and Pro features stop. Trips beyond the free plan's limit, and trips on airlines that need Pro, may stop being watched until you subscribe again. Your trips stay in the app.

We may change which features are included in the free plan and in Pro. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Donations

If you choose to support development through BuyMeACoffee, donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not entitle you to any additional features, support guarantees, or other benefits within the BackFare app.

Limitation of liability

BackFare is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or missed travel arrangements arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
